Michelle Gosling brings over 30 years of real estate experience to her role as Property Manager at Ray White Tugun. Known for her organised and reliable approach, Michelle manages her portfolio with strong attention to detail and clear communication, ensuring both landlords and tenants feel supported every step of the way.

Michelle began her career in real estate straight out of school and has since built extensive experience across all aspects of property management, including inspections, maintenance coordination, lease renewals and day-to-day portfolio management.

Having lived on the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed area for nearly two decades, Michelle understands the local market and takes pride in delivering a professional, dependable service to her clients. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, beach walks and spending time exploring new places with family.
