James Mulholland

James Mulholland has called the Southern Gold Coast home for more than a decade, after originally moving north for university and deciding, like many before him, there wasn’t much reason to leave.

Now raising his family here, James has well and truly put down roots in the area - both personally and professionally.

His path into real estate wasn’t particularly conventional. After starting his career with the Gold Coast Suns, James made the move into property following his own less-than-impressive experience buying a home. What began as a career change has since grown into a genuine passion for commercial real estate and, ultimately, the establishment of Ray White Commercial Tugun.

Over the years, James has been involved in 100+ commercial sales and leasing transactions across the Southern Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales, building a strong network of local owners, investors, tenants and businesses along the way.

But for all the deals, negotiations and commercial property talk, James is very much a people person first. Warm, down-to-earth and always up for a chat, he has a knack for making people feel comfortable and genuinely enjoys getting to know the people behind the property.

For James, it’s pretty simple - work hard, be straight with people and make the process as easy as possible. It’s an approach that has helped him build lasting relationships with clients who know they can pick up the phone and call him, long after the deal is done.
