As the Commercial Consultant at Ray White Tugun, Jacob Wallace specialises in transacting and leasing commercial property across the Southern Gold Coast. He works closely with property owners, investors, buyers and tenants to support strong commercial outcomes - from securing high-quality leases to facilitating successful asset sales. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology, majoring in Urban and Regional Town Planning. Before joining Ray White, he managed a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across South East Queensland for global property firm JLL, giving him a strong understanding of market dynamics and asset performance.
