Holding a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Property Development and Real Estate, Cham brings both academic knowledge and practical industry insight to her role. With a background as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager in a boutique Brisbane agency, she refined her ability to manage high-performing campaigns, anticipate client needs and ensure every detail is executed with precision.

Organised, driven and naturally down to earth, Cham values clear communication, strong relationships and consistent follow-through. Outside of work she enjoys touch footy, camping adventures and long walks with an iced latte in hand.
